Thermal distillation

Particle Separator

PureteQ 'Particle Separator' is an efficient and low-energy system for the separation of particles precipitated from process water. It can, for example, replace the decanter in a Multi Stripper and features near-silent operation. Our system can increase particle mass concentration to 60% dry matter.

It is supplied as a plug & play solution with dedicated touch panel for control and regulation, which ensures trouble-free and rapid installation and commissioning with minimal downtime of your existing plant. The system is also flexible in terms of volumetric sizing, concentration and physical positioning.

  • PureteQ 'Particle Separator' traps particles from our Multi Stripper, but can be used for many other applications

The HCE system is based on solvent extraction of bioaccumulative substances, and is flexible in terms of volumetric sizing, temperature and physical positioning. Our systems are manufactured in accordance with ATEX and PED.
